25 FTEs is not a strict limit — larger organizations can also work perfectly well with TimeWriter Standard, especially when using a cloud database. Renewals
TimeWriter licenses are issued on an annual basis. Over two months before your license expires, you will automatically receive a reminder. If you do not respond to this reminder, we will renew your license in time, ensuring uninterrupted access to our software.
After your license has expired, your data will remain accessible. You can still view your records, but you will no longer be able to add or modify entries. This way, you always retain access to your time tracking data, even without an active license.
