Licences for TimeWriter are taken out per year. More than two months before your licence expires, you automatically receive a reminder. If you do not respond to this reminder, we renew the licence in good time, so that you can continue to use our software without interruption.
After the licence ends, your data remains accessible. You can still consult your data, but no longer add or change anything. That way you always retain access to your time tracking, even without an active licence.
The size of the TimeWriter licence is determined afterwards on the basis of the actual number of users per month.
Prices are exclusive of VAT and include the right of use, support and updates. Use of the cloud database is also included.
