In some situations it is useful to take a look together via remote support. We use the TeamViewer tool for this.
Both the desktop client and the webclient have context-sensitive help.
This means that when you press the F1 key within a screen (Desktop) or click the ? icon,
you go straight to a help screen about the part of the program you are working with at that moment.
