Go to Maintenance and settings | Settings | Special days to work on these settings.

Special days such as Christmas can be marked in the Week grid by a different colour. Text from special days can also be used in reports (when there are hourly bookings on such days).

 

Dates need to be entered in the format of day-month-year. The year is optional. When a date does not include a year figure, it will count for every year. The letter E can be used to indicate Easter:
